Architectural Designer
About This Role
We are seeking a talented Architectural Designer to join our team specializing in SB-1211 compliant ADU design. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential design, knowledge of California building codes, and passion for innovative housing solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Create architectural plans and designs for SB-1211 compliant ADUs
- Develop site plans, floor plans, and elevation drawings
